House of Her · The membership
You know more now.
Let your life show it.
The conversation you keep rehearsing. The career you worked hard for and no longer want. The quiet sense that something doesn't fit, even if you can't name the next thing yet. Bring that here.
House of Her is where you practice turning what you notice into decisions, conversations, and changes you can actually live with.
5 days free. Then $57/month for the first 20 founding members. Month-to-month. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first charge.
Let's talk about your actual life
You can explain the pattern.
You're still in the conversation.
The degree was yours.
The desire changed.
You earned the qualification, got the job, and built a reputation. Now the career doesn't fit. You're allowed to take that seriously without calling the last ten years a mistake.
You love her.
The boundary still matters.
You know your relationship with your mother needs different terms. Then the phone rings, and the conversation you've rehearsed becomes another “It's fine.”
You like your life.
You want something else in it.
More room. A different city. A relationship you actually want. You don't have to manufacture a crisis to admit that something needs attention.
Understanding yourself is valuable.
It isn't the same as changing your week.
You've noticed the pattern, talked about where it came from, maybe even decided what you'll do next. But when the real moment arrives, there are other people's feelings, practical consequences, and a familiar version of you who knows exactly how to keep things as they are.
Sometimes you know what needs to change. Sometimes all you have is “This doesn't fit anymore.” Both are legitimate places to begin.
You don't need someone to tell you to just do it. You need room to work out what “it” is, make a considered move, and learn from what happens.
The Novo point of view
There comes a point when awareness isn't the work anymore.
What happens next is
Identity Reconstruction™.
It's the work of bringing how you live into a more honest relationship with what you now know, want, and value. Not every part of your life needs replacing. Some parts need a different decision from you.
The Edit Framework™ is Novo's methodology. House of Her is the practice ground: a place to bring this work out of the abstract and into your relationships, career, family, and everyday choices.
The life on the other side of practice
Say it once.
Send the application.
Stay differently.
Imagine having the conversation without spending the next two days writing an apology for having a need. Looking into the move instead of dismissing it before you've checked the possibilities. Asking what you want from your marriage, rather than assuming the only options are silence or leaving.
That is the kind of movement we practice here. Sometimes it is visible. Sometimes it begins with admitting a desire you've been negotiating away.
Each considered action gives you something more useful than another promise to yourself: evidence of how you respond, what you learn, and what you can do next.
This is how self-possession becomes something you practice in real life.

Inside the House
Support for the moment
you usually talk yourself out of.
Bring the real situation.
Community conversations and Q&A opportunities help you take the work into the week you're actually having. You don't need a polished story or a dramatic breakthrough to participate.
Understand what you're practicing.
Live webinars connect Novo's perspective to everyday decisions and relationships, so the ideas have somewhere to go after the session ends.
Notice what changed.
Monthly journal and reflection sessions make room to look at what you tried, what happened, and what the experience tells you about your next move.
Your membership includes community access, live webinar access, Q&A opportunities, monthly reflection sessions, and structured onboarding. Live dates and joining details are shared inside the community.
Meet Coach Lia
Human complexity.
Practical movement.
Malia Chambliss

Lia in conversation at a live gathering.
Lia's work sits at the intersection of professional training and a life that keeps evolving. A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and years across clinical and helping professions inform how she sees patterns: in context, in relationships, and in the roles people learn to carry.
Marriage, motherhood, and entrepreneurship bring those questions into her own life, too. A role can matter to you and still need to change. A decision can have been right then and deserve another look now.
Novo brings that understanding into coaching through Identity Reconstruction™. The point isn't to make Lia the authority on your life. It's to help you become more able to work with the life that's yours.
The founding invitation
Make room for
what you know now.
Come in with the decision you've been circling. Or with the honest admission that you haven't found the words for it yet.
The House is for self-aware women willing to practice, reflect, and take responsibility for their next moves. You can be proud of your life and still want parts of it to change.
This is not therapy, crisis support, or a promise that someone else will make your decisions. Private one-to-one coaching is not included in The House.

Before you come in
A few practical answers.
What if I don't know what needs to change yet?
Start with what you've noticed. You don't need to arrive with a decision made. The onboarding begins with telling the truth, recognizing a pattern, and naming what you want before asking you to act.
How does the five-day trial work?
Enter your payment information at checkout and begin with five days free. Days 1–5 of onboarding are released during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, you are charged $57, then $57 monthly until you cancel. Days 6–7 become available to continuing members on the following days.
How do I access the membership?
After checkout, follow the account setup instructions and open your product library. You'll find The House community and your seven-day onboarding there. Your purchase email includes your login details. If you already have an account, sign in with the same email.
Do I have to attend everything live?
You can work through the onboarding on your own schedule. Live session dates are posted inside the community. Selected teaching may be recorded; journaling and personal sharing sessions are not a replay library. Check each event for its recording details.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your account's billing settings and complete the confirmation steps. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid a charge. After a paid month begins, cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the end of that paid period. For help, email soulfulmindsllc@gmail.com.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are nonrefundable once processed, except where legally required or to correct a billing error. The five-day trial gives you an opportunity to begin the work before your first payment.
Is this therapy?
No. House of Her offers coaching and education. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and does not replace therapy or medical care.
What if I want more individual support?
The Inner Circle is a separate, fixed 90-day cohort with two group coaching sessions and one private 60-minute session per month. The Private Edit is application-only private coaching with two 60-minute sessions per month. Neither includes a free trial. Contact us about these options.
You don't have to wait for enough to be enough.
Your next move can begin
before you have the whole answer.
